In 1994 I started Chef Line, offering a service to Restaurants and Hotels in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the Leicestershire areas. We give a professional service, supported by a friendly team to make every event a memorable one. This work has progressed into two main specialised services. 

Firstly Dinner By Candlelight where I prepare and cook a customised meal in your home for that special occasion, totally tailored to what you want, also offering shade cuisine.

Secondly an outdoor pig or lamb roast operation based on a medieval style of cooking, re-creating an old fashioned, authentic occasion for your private garden parties or showground events, catering for up to one thousand people.

We roast whole pigs on a log burning spit, accompanied with fresh herb seasoning and apple sauce.

Weddings, discreet funerals, buffets catered for. Moving train buffet restaurant available, 3 to 4 course menu for larger parties (30 people min).
